David is a partner and Head of Litigation at a practice based in Guildford. He trained as a mediator with the ADR Group and has extensive experience in managing the resolution of disputes and has particular expertise in the fields of professional negligence and commercial mediation. David sits on the executive committee of the Commercial Litigation Association and is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. He specialises in handling complex matters relating to property litigation, professional negligence, judicial review, banking and insolvency.
