John is a Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner with a firm based in the City of London. He is accredited as a Mediator with CEDR, and has many years’ experience of handling (and settling) commercial disputes – domestic as well as international – in all courts from the County Court to the House of Lords and Privy Council. He specialises in commercial contracts, banking, employment, property and shipping cases, and negligence claims. He is available in, and within reasonable travelling distance from, the City.
