John is a Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner with a firm based in the City of London. He is accredited as a Mediator with CEDR, and has many years’ experience of handling (and settling) commercial disputes – domestic as well as international – in all courts from the County Court to the House of Lords and Privy Council. He specialises in commercial contracts, banking, employment, property and shipping cases, and negligence claims.
