Jill is a senior litigator with a practice based in Maidstone. She was a founding member of the ADR Group, with whom she trained as a mediator in 1993. She has taught mediation skills through Law South and has taken part in the Court of Appeal mediation pilot scheme.
She specialises in property litigation including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, beneficial ownership of land, easements and other rights over land, boundary disputes, professional negligence and other issues arising out of the sale of land. Her portfolio includes director and shareholder disputes, contract and construction claims. Her high success rate as a mediator results from her ability to identify at an early stage the key issues and what is important to the parties and to work with them in achieving their aims.
