Richard is a partner and senior member of a litigation team based in London. He trained as a mediator with CEDR and has a wealth of experience both as a litigator and a mediator.
Richard represents a diverse range of clients from large corporates and financial institutions to charities and SMEs. His expertise is largely focused on real estate disputes but he has also worked extensively on company, partnership, trusts and intellectual property matters.
