Susie is a partner and senior member of a litigation team based in Southampton. She trained as a mediator with CEDR, has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation and has acted as mediator in a number of successful mediations.
Susie has an LLM degree in Advanced Litigation, is an Intervention Agent for the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is a founder member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers. As well as handling a broad range of commercial cases and professional negligence actions, she has litigated disputes arising out of IT contracts, finance lease agreements, software and services agreements, partnership agreements, agency agreements and employment contracts.
