Please note:
• The above fees are exclusive of VAT, and are payable by each party
• Fees quoted include an appropriate number of hours of preparation by the mediator.
• Reasonable travel expenses incurred by the mediator will be charged in addition to the fees above, and will be apportioned equally between parties.
• Fees are set according to the total amount in dispute - so that counterclaims will be included in determining the fee level.
• If it is not practicable at the outset to ascertain the value, we will discuss with you a suitable rate once we know a little more about the nature of the dispute.
