Law South Mediation
Law South is a well established grouping of twelve firms of solicitors practising in London and throughout the South East of England. Because of this structure, Law South has first-hand knowledge and experience of the competence and effectiveness of the Mediators within its ranks.
Why Law South?
Our member firms recognise the need for confidence in the expertise of any Mediator among their number who might be appointed. That confidence comes from each firm having a strong and well-regarded litigation practice, a record of success in resolving disputes, and a sound reputation in terms of culture, training and professional dealings with all those who use their services.
Drawing on that experience, and working with its members, Law South has established Law South Mediation as a means of settling disputes in a way which is not only user-friendly, and more straightforward, but also quicker, and far less costly, than the traditional litigation channels. Law South Mediation is open to all those who want to settle their cases through mediation in the South of England including commercial mediation, divorce mediation and settling disputes within the realms of mediation law.
